PSNC Partners

CPDP logoPSNC’s Community Pharmacy Development Programme was launched in March 2001 to help meet the demands of the radical changes affecting community pharmacy within the new NHS. It is designed to develop and raise the profile of community pharmacy whilst being the ideal vehicle for LPCs and pharmacy contractors to build and strengthen their relationship with industry Partners.

The Programme, with the generous support of the Partners, enables PSNC to highlight current issues by offering additional and enhanced services and resources at both local and national level ensuring that the profession is being kept fully informed of the latest developments which in turn assists LPCs and community pharmacists in their ever changing role.

To achieve these goals PSNC offers on-going support throughout the year including:

  • An impressive range of conferences and exhibitions including the PSNC Dinner, the premier event in the community pharmacy calendar attracting MPs, peers, senior NHS officials and leaders from a host of organisations spanning the healthcare network;
  • A range of workshops/seminars countrywide addressing the latest issues presented by both PSNC and a range of healthcare professionals and external consultants;
  • Training, resource packs and promotional material to assist LPCs with the ever-increasing changes in the NHS;
  • Monthly and quarterly news publications as an additional means of highlighting current issues affecting community pharmacy circulated across the healthcare network; and
  • Public relations activities including exhibitions and political party conferences and national meetings of NHS and healthcare-related issues.

Partners to the Community Pharmacy Development Programme are kept fully informed of all developments and are encouraged to take an active role in the on-going activities within the Programme providing opportunities to compliment and enhance their relationships within community pharmacy inevitably bringing them closer together.

By joining the Community Pharmacy Development Programme as a Partner numerous options are available within partner promotion including branding on all PSNC news publications and events material and attendance at all events either as a VIP guest or by provision of exhibition space which in turn highlights the tangible support being offered.

Regular meetings with PSNC to update on specific subjects of interest and to outline current issues within community pharmacy, the provision of speakers for internal meetings, sales conferences etc. and a unique opportunity to develop joint initiatives and publications within specific disease areas are also available within this ever growing development programme.

The continued support of the Community Pharmacy Development Programme Partners is gratefully acknowledged by PSNC who welcome the opportunities to continually develop the Programme for the benefit of all concerned. Click on the logos below for more information on each of our partners:
