This briefing sets out the regulatory and contractual dispensations agreed with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSE&I) as of 22nd December 2020. These have been agreed to support contractors in their continuing efforts to provide core services and meet the needs of their patients.
