LPC Members’ Days 2020 (October)

Wednesday, 28 October, 2020 9.30am-1pm
Zoom

PSNC’s LPC members’ days are back with a new online format and a practical approach to learning.

The training days are for new LPC members and long standing members wanting to refresh their knowledge on areas such as governance, LPC finance and leadership.

The training is provided on the Zoom platform, limited to 20 delegates. The training covers the range of skills and knowledge that LPC members and officers need to carry out their work on the LPC, including the role of LPC members  and the key areas of the LPC constitution, delivered through interactive sessions and workshops in ‘Zoom rooms’, drawing on real LPC case studies.

The days will be led by PSNC’s Director of Operations Gordon Hockey and Mike King PSNC’s former Head of LPC and Contractor Support.

Dates and times

There will be two dates 28th October and 5th November; a 9.30am start and 1pm finish, with breaks for refreshments and general chat with other delegates along the way. For these two events priority will be given to newer LPC members.

Please note we will make the meeting room live from 8.45am so that delegates can join to network and we will then keep the room live for a further 15 minutes after the meeting ends for delegates who wanted to ask any questions.

No delegate fee

There is no charge to LPC members and officers attending the day. All we ask is that if having registered you can no longer make it, please let us know so we can offer the place to another LPC member.

To cancel your place or if you have any questions, please email Gabriele Skieriute.

How to register for this event
