Leading an Effective LPC – PSNC Training for LPC Chairs and Vice Chairs
Friday, 3 May, 2019
Coventry
Knowing how to direct and control an LPC meeting by maintaining rules and meeting etiquette is part of the job of an LPC Chair and Vice Chair. It’s also knowing how to get the best out of LPC members, leading the team and running an effective LPC meeting
Equally important is the wider management role: giving a strategic direction to the committee; evaluating performance; ensuring that the LPC administration is effective and efficient, with an LPC structure and ways of working that is fit for purpose.
This PSNC training day will help LPC Chair and Vice Chairs get the most from the meetings they chair by achieving clearly defined meeting outcomes, maximising participant contributions and overcoming meeting challenges. We also give clarity on the wider roles of the LPC Chair and Vice Chair and the working relationship with others in the office team.
