PSNC will be holding a webinar about the new legislation for Serious Shortage Protocols (SSPs) on Thursday 18th July at 7.30pm.

PSNC Director of Operations and Support, Gordon Hockey, will be hosting this webinar to help community pharmacy contractors to understand SSPs and what they mean for pharmacies.

During the 60-minute webinar Gordon will explain what an SSP is, clarify situations when they may be used, describe what they may involve, and talk you through the decisions you may need to make when one is in place. PSNC Drug Tariff and Reimbursement Manager, Suraj Shah, will also be on hand to explain the endorsement and claiming process.

This webinar provides a useful opportunity for pharmacy teams to get to grips with the legislation before it is used.
