Virtual LHCRs Event: Shared care records meeting for LPCs and IT group

Thursday, 1 July, 2021
Online event

Description:

The NHS Long Term Plan set out that local health and shared care records (LHCRs) should be accessible to health and care staff – including pharmacy professionals.

Community Pharmacy IT Group (CP ITG) has been supporting pharmacy access to these and PSNC with CP ITG has created briefings and materials at the https://archive.psnc.org.uk/lhcrs webpage for LPCs and contractors seeking the routes to access.

This virtual event will enable LPCs to be updated on the topic, to hear about how to seek access to LHCRs, and to share progress where access has been obtained.

The recent emergence of Integrated Care Systems is anticipated to further progress the LHCR programmes.

Please note: Registrations to this virtual event are limited to

  • LPC Chief Officers
  • Community Pharmacy IT Group representatives (who will automatically have received an invite)
  • LPC members or contractors with a special interest with LHCRs e.g. those using them or supporting them locally can request to join
  • Other pharmacy representatives supporting the LHCR agenda
