Contractors have until the end of today (Tuesday 7th June) to submit their FP34C declarations via MYS. So far 9,701 FP34C submissions have been received through MYS and it is estimated that approximately 1,000 contractors have yet to make their declarations for NHS pharmaceutical services delivered in May 2022. We urge all contractors yet to complete their submissions to follow the current timetable (submit by 23:59pm on 7th June) to ensure that they do not lose out on earlier advance payments which is due on 13th June. Contractors who submit their May FP34C figures late through MYS (after 7 June) will NOT receive any earlier advance payments and instead, receive their advance payments in accordance with the normal payment timetable i.e. on 1st July 2022.

Yesterday. PSNC was made aware of an issue affecting access to the Manage Your Service (MYS) portal on the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) website. The portal was unavailable for several hours, preventing community pharmacy contractors from completing their FP34C declarations through MYS. The issue has now been rectified and contractors who are yet to submit their declaration should now be able to log in to MYS to complete their end of month submission. Contractors must also dispatch their prescription bundle to the relevant pricing division at the NHSBSA by the 7th June.

Last week, PSNC issued a notice informing contractors that, due to the Jubilee bank holiday weekend, they would have until 7th June 2022 to submit their FP34C declaration through the MYS.
