PSNC’s webinar about the Hypertension Case-Finding service is now available on-demand.

During the webinar, PSNC’s Service Development Manager, David Onuoha, Anne Joshua, Head of Integration at NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSE&I), and Jackie Buxton, NHSE&I Pharmacy Integration Lead for the Midlands, explained the background to the service, the service requirements, some of the practicalities of service provision and answered attendees questions.
