The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has issued a class 2 medicines recall for:

MidaBuc – Midazolam (as HCL) 10mg/mL Oromucosal Solution (Eastone Limited) MS 3297

Eaststone Limited has informed MHRA of an issue related to underfilled or empty bottles for MidaBuc – Midazolam (as HCL) 10mg/mL Oromucosal Solution. The below batch is being recalled.
