1st to 31st August 2020

For shielded patients who live in the following local outbreak areas:

  • The original Leicester lockdown area, announced on 29th June 2020 (Postcodes);
  • Blackburn with Darwen (Postcodes); and
  • Luton (Postcodes)

Pandemic Delivery Service extended for patients in local outbreak areas : PSNC Main site

1st to 7th September 2020

For shielded patients who live in the following local outbreak areas:

From 8th September 2020 up to 23rd September 2020

For shielded patients who live in the following local outbreak areas:

  • 9 wards within South and West Blackburn, Darwen and rural areas outlined in THIS LINK until 21st September 2020;
  • 8 wards within North East Blackburn outlined in THIS LINK until 23rd September 2020; and
  • Leicester City as outlined in THIS LINK until 23rd September 2020.

24th September 2020 until 5th October 2020

For shielded patients who live in the following local outbreak areas:

  • 8 wards within North East Blackburn outlined in THIS LINK; and
  • Leicester City as outlined in THIS LINK.

Pandemic Delivery Service: further extension for patients in local outbreak areas : PSNC Main site

5th November 2020 and up until 3rd December 2020 across England

Tier 4 areas from 21st December 2020 until 18th January 2021

For CEV patients living in one of the following Tier 4 areas:

London – all 32 London boroughs plus the City of London. South East – Kent and Medway; Buckinghamshire; Berkshire (Bracknell Forest, Reading, Slough, Wokingham, Windsor and Maidenhead and West Berkshire); Surrey (excluding Waverley); Hastings and Rother; Havant, Gosport and Portsmouth. East of England – Hertfordshire; Essex (excluding Tendring, Uttlesford and Colchester); Central Bedfordshire, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Luton; Peterborough.

Pandemic Delivery Service restarts for patients in Tier 4 : PSNC Main site

Tier 4 areas from 26th December 2020 until 18th January 2021

For CEV patients living in one of the following Tier 4 areas:

South East – Brighton and Hove; Southampton; Oxfordshire (Cherwell; Oxford; South Oxfordshire; Vale of White Horse; West Oxfordshire); Surrey (Waverley); West Sussex (Adur; Arun; Chichester; Crawley; Horsham; Mid Sussex; Worthing); East Sussex (Eastbourne; Lewes; Wealden); Hampshire (Basingstoke and Deane; East Hampshire; Eastleigh; Fareham; Hart; Rushmoor; Test Valley; Winchester).East of England – Norfolk (Breckland; Broadland; Great Yarmouth; King’s Lynn and West Norfolk; North Norfolk; Norwich; South Norfolk); Suffolk (Babergh; Ipswich; Mid Suffolk); East Suffolk; West Suffolk; Cambridgeshire (Cambridge; East Cambridgeshire; Fenland; Huntingdonshire; South Cambridgeshire); Essex (Colchester; Tendring; Uttlesford).

  • Lincolnshire (City of Lincoln, Boston, South Kesteven, West Lindsey, North Kesteven, South Holland, East Lindsey)
  • Northamptonshire (Corby, Daventry, East Northamptonshire, Kettering, Northampton, South Northamptonshire, Wellingborough)
  • Derby and Derbyshire (Derby, Amber Valley, South Derbyshire, Bolsover, North East Derbyshire, Chesterfield, Erewash, Derbyshire Dales, High Peak)
  • Nottingham and Nottinghamshire (Gedling, Ashfield, Mansfield, Rushcliffe, Bassetlaw, Newark and Sherwood, Nottinghamshire, Broxtowe)
  • Birmingham and Black Country (Dudley, Birmingham, Sandwell, Walsall, Wolverhampton)
  • Coventry
  • Solihull
