The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) declaration portal for community pharmacy contractors to be able to make their declaration for the November review point of the Quality Payments Scheme will go live at 9am on Monday 13th November 2017.

NHS England has released the declaration questions which will be asked when contractors make their declaration so contractors can view these ahead of making their declaration. This PSNC Briefing provides information on making the declaration and the questions which will be asked.
