This webpage sets out supplier lists and contact details, links and information about these systems.
Live service status: Some suppliers include service status link/information at their website or at the NHS Digital website or IT checker tool. Suppliers may also communicate live service info: by email, on Twitter and/or within the system itself. Some of the tables on this webpage include a ‘Service status link’ column. PSNC recommends contractors sign-up for NHS IT alerts.
PMR/EPS system list and info
Suppliers have significant flexibility with the way that they respond to queries and support use of IT and NHS IT. A list of possible discussion points to support engagement with suppliers can be found here.
Some systems may also include CPCF/CPCS functionality (SEE ‘CPCS/CPCF IT & clinical suppliers’ section of this webpage).
